Is Peter Bishop an Observer?

The teory about 'Peter The Observer' is very charming but it's so much analyzed and reblogged that... it got bored for me.

If authors want to give to the audience something in front of which no one can say: I KNEW! they must take another way.

The themes that I would like to see in Fringe Season 4 certainly refer to the Observers (who are? from where?) but also something about Walter's past: maybe in an episode like The Bishop Revival which confirms or denies my theory about the involvement of his father in the events that triggered the war between the Universes.

And more: what about the FauxOlivia' son if Peter is never existed? Why put an important subject like this at the end of the third Season and then forget?

Then there are the memory chips recovered from the Shape-Shifter by Peter in Reciprocity, the forgotten encounter with the young Olivia in Subject 13, the dangerous Mr. X in Lysergic Acid Diethylamide...

Assuming that all this has not been blown away by the disappearance of Peter and the new timeline that derived from...
